-----Collegiate Team Training-----

IMPROVEMENT: Successful coaching is both an art and a science. To excel you have to do more than simply learn the 'fundamentals' of a particular sport. Do your athletes have the speed, strength and power to burst past the defender, prevent a key score from taking place, stay relaxed during a close race or have the self confidence to make a clutch play when it counts?

As coaches, parents and trainers it is our duty and responsibility to teach our athletes these skills. Here's how to bypass years of trial and error by hearing directly from coaches who have proven themselves time and time again.

Get-N-10's is more than just speed development. This is the ultimate resource aimed at TOTAL athletic development. The foremost experts in the sports performance industry are waiting to help you athletes get to the next level!

-----Personalized Training Programs-----

The Get-N-10's strength-training program during the season should vary from the pre-season program only in its frequency, not intensity. At least one Get-N-10's full-body workout should be done per week.

An additional upper-body workout may be done later in the week.

It is suggested that the Get-N-10's complete body part workout be accomplished once per week.
Do not strength train before practice.

There should be at least 48-72 hours in between workout sessions and at least 48-72 hours of workout recovery time before the game.

Adjust your workout schedule accordingly. Depending upon the intensity of your program, you may be able to do more than one full workout, provided the necessary "rest" and "healthy diet" recommendations are followed.
